Refund policy
When SegAudit refunds a license payment: mistaken or duplicate orders, software that doesn't work as documented, refunds the law requires, and how to ask.
Every license is paid once for a fixed term and never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel. Try the full product with a free trial before you buy.
Mistaken orders. If you bought the wrong edition or quantity, or paid twice for the same thing, we refund that order in full when you ask within 14 days of payment. The license from that order ends when the refund is issued, and you delete its license file. If you want the right license instead, we issue it with the refund.
Software that doesn’t work as documented. If a paid edition doesn’t perform substantially as its documentation says during the first 90 days, and we can’t fix it in reasonable time, we refund what you paid for that license. This is the warranty in section 12 of the EULA.
Where the law requires it. Nothing here limits a refund the law gives you. Paddle, as merchant of record, may also refund under its own buyer terms.
A refund ends the license. Any refund, reversed payment or chargeback ends the license it paid for, as section 11.4 of the EULA says.
Everything else. Payments are not refundable for unused time, for a change of plans, or for an Engagement that ended early.
How to ask. Email billing@segaudit.com from the address on the order, with the order number from your receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Paddle, the merchant of record. Taxes collected on the order are refunded with it.
